The Philosophy

If you know what you want, you already do posses half of it.

One half of all riches, is a definite purpose in life - something 98 out of every 100 men don't have. Most people drift through their life without a definite purpose, like a ship without a rudder. They dream a thousand dreams, but never reach out and make a single one of them to their chief aim in life.

A funeral alone is not sad, it is the thousand dreams never realised, that died along with the body.

The other half can be acquired, by applying the philosophy of individual success, following it while making it an integral part of your life. The philosophy on how you will achieve this success is complete, the instructions you will be given are proven already by millions of people, representing hundreds of millions of capital.

The field we are touching is Human Potential, and it can be summarised in three of my favourite quotes:

Whatever the human mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

We are, what we decide to be.

Human thoughts have a tendency, to transform themselves into their physical equivalent.

Not very shaky isn't it?

In fact, it was Napoleon Hills book 'THINK and GROW RICH', that was the starting point for me - over and over and over again - to learn first hand about individual success. I am forever grateful and yet, there is so much more to learn once you get started onto a journey that has no end, for success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal - It is a way, not a destination.

Title: Think and Grow Rich

Author: Napoleon Hill

My comments:

A good book may have the power to change the way we see the world, but a great book actually becomes part of our daily consciousness, pervading our thinking to the point that we take it for granted, and we forget how provocative and challenging its ideas once were - and still are. The groundwork of all achievements. If ever there was a point to get started with riches in my life, it is this book to the very end of days.

Conclusion:

"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve." as well as "Human thoughts have a tendency, to transform themselves into their physical equivalent." are quotes from Napoleon Hill, I couldn't agree more with. I have read the book at least a hundred times, while I started using it as a reference, where different chapters became important back and again as time goes by.

As I stated earlier, I learned most of the vitally important lessons from mentors, to get a new understanding which changed my life like night and day. Even though I started my journey with different other steps, it really doesn't matter where you are right now. There are 10.000+ ways to discover the philosophy, because you really have to discover it for yourself, in order to accept it.

You might find comments on THINK and GROW RICH, that it doesn't point out clear guidelines, but rather describes the philosophy. There is yet another book within several books written by Napoleon Hill, that points it out more clearly. It is the original interview between Napoleon Hill and Andrew Carnegie and indeed, I will not go further than this, because I don't want you to read a book and make up your opinion on facts, rather then discover this truth for yourself. It is said that, you do only understand a thing truly, if you're able to explain it to others, so they can explain it.

Reading a book on facts only, will most certainly be rejected by your subconscious mind at this stage. It is the conditioning that is your greatest obstacle to success, which is one of the lessons you will learn - to overcome your old conditioning.

To my knowledge, there are comparably few people suited, to explain and teach this philosophy. One of them, is the world's renowned trainer for human potential and philosopher Bob Proctor, where I hereby refer to his official YouTube Channel Proctor Gallagher Institute and his BORN RICH program in particular, because it is made freely available for everyone. Starting in 1961, he applied the science of individual success through 'THINK and GROW RICH' by Napoleon Hill and as a matter of fact, is still reading and applying the philosophy today.

Getting to know Robert (Bob) Proctor and the way he explained different concepts about our mind, the conscious- and subconscious mind, was one vitally important step in my own person development career years ago and still is. Like Bob Proctor, I openly admit that none of the material is self-created but rather collected from literally thousands of paperback books, audio files, seminars, personal experience and endless discussions during private and public sessions and speeches.

The program is but a starting point, for myself, I became a loyal audible reader throughout the past few years. If you haven't opened up an account yet, here is your chance to get 2x books for free for ever, as a platinum member. Apart from the YOU WERE BORN RICH program, I recommend other books in my library, which are mostly available on audible and amazon as well.

At this point, I encourage you to stop and reread, get to know your definite chief aim in life, write it down on a goal card, read it every day, as often as you conveniently can, commit it to memory, feel the card in your pocket and reactivate your cells of recognition. See yourself already in possession of your goal and act the part, as if you would have achieved it already. This is vitally important, for the executing part of your burning desire doesn't know the difference, whether your experience is physical or mental in nature, as long as you are emotionally involved in it and you really expect it to happen as well as act on the idea.

Remember the quote from Napoleon Hill, "Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning. It takes great delight in tripping one when success is almost within reach”. Keep on keeping on, for you will know if it is right, the moment you feel it in your hearth of hearths. Everything else, you will learn.

A step by step program - The Master Key System

Once I finished reading the philosophy once more, I stumbled over this day to day guide, which basically describes the way to start from no where, to a mind trained to achieve, whatever you can conceive and believe. The Guide, according to the Master Key System, from Charles F. Haanel.

Title: The Master Key System

Author: Charles F. Haanel

My comments:

"A practical guide, to learn about the power of your mind, within 26 weeks. If you have read Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill and there was no 'AHA' affect, chances are that this guide will open your mind. It did the trick for me."

Conclusion:

IF you don't know where to start yet, this book will guide you on many occasions and is a full compendium for a total of 26 weeks. I already did this guide twice in the past five years and apply most principles learned to my day to day private and business life. As THINK and GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill, this book will get better the more often you read through!

The Master Key System in a nutshell

I strongly recommend that you should choose to do one line per week, every day, up until you move to the next line. At the very end, you will know why it will take almost half a year to run through. Start to exercise 15-30 minutes daily. Find yourself a room or place, where you are not disturbed, a place where you feel comfortable and where you are not distracted, always the same spot preferably.

  1. Sitting still
  2. Inhibiting all thought combined with previous exercise
  3. Releasing physical tension combined with previous exercises
  4. Letting go of all negative emotions combined with previous exercises
  5. Visualising a pleasant place
  6. Remembering details from a photo of someone
  7. Visualising positive facial expressions on the face of a friend
  8. Visualising everything that leads to the construction of a battleship
  9. Visualising a flower growing from seed
  10. Visualising certain geometric forms
  11. Concentrating on a quote from the Bible; Mark 11:24 - Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
  12. Contemplating your unity with Omnipotence
  13. Contemplating being part of the Whole
  14. Focusing on harmony
  15. Contemplating the fact that knowledge needs to be applied to be useful
  16. Contemplating that happiness and harmony are states of consciousness
  17. Focusing on the object of your desire
  18. Focusing on your power to create – create a logical basis for your faith
  19. Total concentration on what you want
  20. Focusing on "In Him we live and move and have our being"
  21. Focusing on truth
  22. Concentration on a Tennyson quote: "Speak to Him, thou, for He hears, and spirit with spirit can meet, Closer is He than breathing, and nearer than hands and feet."
  23. Contemplating the fact that man is a spirit with a body
  24. Realising that this is a wonderful world
